Did you know the Kremer brothers from Cologne not only tuned Porsche 911, but also tampered with the 944 and the 928? One such conversion was called the Kremer K8 and was based on the Porsche 928 S4.

The Kremer K8 was not a hyper boosted 928 like for instance the Koenig cars were.... instead Kremer Porsche focussed on making the 928 S4 lighter and more aerodynamically efficient... Lighter bodypanels and changed front and rear bumpers completed by newly designed wing-mirrors made the Kremer K8 cut trough the air more easily.

And with its mildly upgraded engine it remained US-regulations friendly too!
